30 Simple Ways to Fundraise for The Beyond Recovery Project

Fundraising does not have to mean running a marathon or doing something extreme, although we love those too. For many people in our community, energy, confidence, health or time can be limited, and that is okay.

At The Beyond Recovery Project, we believe fundraising should be accessible, flexible and meaningful. Whether you are living with or beyond a brain tumour, supporting someone who is, or simply believe in what we do, there are lots of ways you can help support our work.

Here are 30 simple fundraising ideas you can adapt to suit your life, energy levels and interests, all while helping us continue to support people through recovery, wellbeing and community.

Every Pound Makes a Difference

All funds raised help us to:

  • Run wellbeing walks and activities
  • Support people navigating life after a brain tumour diagnosis
  • Build connection, confidence and community
  • Deliver safe, values-led adventures and recovery opportunities

You do not need to do everything. One small action is enough.

It's hugely important to raise more awareness of brain tumours and the implications they can have on patients' lives. I aim to help to create wider understanding of the effects brain surgery and a diagnosis can have on an individual and their families on a emotive level through my own experience.
